We provide AI voice assistant services including real-time phone answering, transcript generation, branded greetings, and integrations with third-party APIs such as ElevenLabs, Twilio, and Stripe.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer free and paid plans. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Pricing and billing cycles are defined at the point of subscription.

  • • All charges are inclusive of applicable VAT.
  • • No refunds are offered once a billing period has commenced.
  • • Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Use the service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • • Violate any applicable laws, including call recording laws
  • • Interfere with or disrupt our Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with:

  • • ElevenLabs for AI voice
  • • Twilio for telephony
  • • Stripe for billing

You acknowledge that use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. No Warranty

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

TriCron Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or earnings, resulting from use of or inability to use the Services.

You acknowledge that all use is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
